How long does the test take, am I inside the whole time?

Counting the time it takes you to change into your testing clothes and then change back into your street clothes, the entire process takes about 10 minutes.  Only 2 to 3 minutes of that time is actually spent inside the Bod Pod.

Before each test, the Bod Pod goes through a quality control and calibration process to ensure accuracy.  Once the validation process is complete, you will enter the Bod Pod, sit quietly and breathe normally for the roughly 2-3 minute duration of the test.
